Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Neatrepo ("we," "us") collects when you visit neatrepo.com, submit a trial ticket, book a call, or subscribe, and how that information is used. We keep the list of tools we use short on purpose, and this page lists all of them.

1. Information we collect directly

Trial ticket submissions

When you submit a free trial ticket, we collect the ticket title, your email address, an optional WhatsApp or Telegram contact, and the ticket description you write. This is sent to a Cloudflare Pages Function we control, which validates and rate-limits the submission before storing it in our Supabase database. We use this information only to evaluate and deliver your trial ticket and to follow up by email.

Email

If you email us directly (including via the "prefer to email" links on this site), we receive whatever you send: your address, message content, and any attachments.

Scheduling

Booking a call uses an embedded Calendly widget. Calendly collects the information needed to schedule the call (typically your name, email, and selected time) directly, under Calendly's own privacy policy. We only see the booking details Calendly shares with us as the host.

Payments

Subscription payments are handled by Dodo Payments. We do not collect or store your card number or other full payment credentials; that information goes directly to Dodo Payments under their privacy policy. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, along with basic billing metadata (such as amount and plan).

2. Information collected automatically

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand overall traffic to this site (for example, which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit). Umami is configured to be cookieless and does not track you individually across sites or build an advertising profile. We don't use advertising trackers or sell visitor data.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our font provider (Google Fonts) may log basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, as a normal part of serving the page and its assets.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver trial tickets and subscription work you've requested
• To communicate with you about tickets, billing, or support
• To schedule and manage calls you book
• To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve the site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run Neatrepo, each acting under their own privacy terms:

• Supabase - stores trial ticket submissions
• Dodo Payments - processes subscription payments
• Calendly - handles call scheduling
• Cloudflare - hosts the site and runs the trial-ticket backend
• Umami - provides cookieless site analytics
• Trello - manages your ticket queue once you subscribe

We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Neatrepo or others.

5. Data retention

We keep trial ticket submissions and subscriber communications for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for support and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see Section 6.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we'll respond as quickly as we can.

7. Security

Trial ticket submissions are validated and rate-limited before they ever reach our database, and the database itself is locked down with row-level security so the public site cannot read or modify stored tickets directly, only our backend can write to it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children's privacy

Neatrepo is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

9. International visitors

Neatrepo is built remotely and our service providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on our service providers' own safeguards (including Cloudflare, Supabase, and Dodo Payments) for cross-border data handling.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
